ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING PERFORMANCE OF WONOGIRI REGENCY TRANSPORT SUB-DEPARTMENTS
The work is opposed mainly to find circumstances that simultaneously and partially affected the work of the officers of the Wonogiri County Transport Services Sub-Division. The following questions were asked to be answered: (1) Do management, communication, reward and motivation factors simultaneously and partly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of traffic services sub-district officers in Wonogiri district? (2) What leadership, communication, reward, communication and motivational variables most influenced the performance of civil servants in Wonogiri Transport Services Sub-District.
In order to obtain a good result from the survey, the author first conducted a descriptive and quantitative test on validity and probability of the collected data and analysis tool. Quantitative analysis consists of classical hypothesis test, regression analysis and statistical test with t-test and F-test. Data calculation, interpretation and analysis were collected for 36 officers of transport department with questionnaires that are processed by computer of data analysis and the discussion concluded that management, communication, reward and motivation was a positive and important influence on the work of the county transport service of wonogiri. officers It was accepted with a standard score of 0.737 and an F-count of 8.226 > F-table of 2.690. Based on individual variable regression analysis, it was found that factors such as leadership, communication, reward and motivation led to the following conclusion: (a) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants. in transport services subdivision in Wonogiri district in the form of coefficient regression value 0.249 and in t-statistics 1.783 > 1.697 in t-table. (b) Communication also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Wonogiri County transport services sub-county officials in the form of coefficient regression value 0.20
and t-statistics 1.70
> t-table 1.697. (c) Reward also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Wonogiri County Transport Services Sub-District Officers with a coefficient regression value of 0.1
6 and t-statistic of 1.993 > t-table of 1.697. (d) Motivation also has a positive and significant effect to the works of the officials in sub-division of transportation services in District of Wonogiri in the form of coefisient regression value 0,209 and t-statistics 1,8
5 > t-table 1,697.
Leadership factor has a dominant contribution effect in the works of the official because the total value at the regression coefficient is 0,2
9 is the biggest, if it was compared with the other three variables. Regression model applied in this paper has fulfilled three requirements in classic assumption test such as no autocorrelation, no multicolinearities, and there is also no heterocedastisities happened so that regression model that was used is significantly approved.
